10/12: Conference "Human Rights and Universal Criminal Justice: Gaza today and tomorrow"

This event will present Abusalama Majed, a Palestinian journalist and photographer who will explain the situation of violation of human rights in Gaza exposing, in turn, that has become the day to day of its inhabitants during the past four years since the blockade of Gaza.

Previously, Antoni Segura, Professor of Contemporary History and director of the Center for International Historical Studies at the UB will expose his speeches, making an initial historical context of the situation in the Occupied Palestinian Territory. Luciana Coconi, Researcher of Human Rights Institute of Catalonia and author of the report Apartheid against the Palestinian people will make an analysis from the perspective of human rights and international criminal law.

The journalist Rita Marzoa, director of Solidarity program of Catalunya Radio will moderate the event which will finish at 20:30h.

The same day, December 10. at 12h at the headquarters of the FCONGD (C / Tapies 3, Barcelona), the coordinator of entities Amb Palestina al Cor, Nexes Interculturals and Rumbo a Gaza invite all organizations that work with Palestine to have breakfast together with the Palestinian photojournalist Abusalama Majed.
