The Civil Peace Services (PCS) provide civilian, professional and nonviolent assistance at international conflicts to help prevent, reduce or end violence and strengthen the establishment of a just and lasting peace for all parties. Driven from civil society, the SCP exploits the knowledge of the citizens and the public administration in order to be at the service of violence prevention and promotion of Human Rights.

The SCP offers training for both civilian personnel with the ability to participate in peacekeeping operations in conflict zones and tasks directly supporting civil society working on peace in areas of violent conflict.
